Unique packaging is essential to stand out in your business field. Therefore, you have to sit down and map out your characteristics of your unique packaging that matches the position you've chosen. Unique packaging includes all you do from products to business card printing to letterheads to envelopes. Even your colors need to suit your position and brand. Exactly what you put out about your product, your merchandise, your business, and your website needs to match and be consistent. I am talking about everything. When you determine your packaging based on the positioning, you are ready as far as anything else as the positioning determines your packaging. When I have somebody enter into my office within my home for any consultation in Vegas, position is the one of the first things we concentrate on as once that is decided everything else flows. The packaging then is determined by considering what attracts the audience you have determined fits your company.

For instance, when it comes to positioning and packaging, if your audience is children, packaging with a serious photo with dark navy stripes would have children in tears. The children would cry as they could be repelled from your packaging. If you book packaging was bright, colorful, bright, and fun, a child would desire the book. However, do not always think that a children's book means you package it for children. Your main buyer in the case is NOT the child. Your buyer may be the parents and grandparents who're investing in a book for their children or grandchildren. The adults are the type attracted to the package to purchase for their children or grandchildren. Therefore, packaging has more factors that need attended to before you make your decision to print!
